The Council of State, at the proposal of its, agreed to promote to the position of vice-president of the Council of Ministers Jorge Luis Tapia Fonseca, Bachelor of Economics, who served since 2008 as First Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Party in Ciego de Ávila and from September 2012 in Camagüey.
