Fidel Exhibition “100 Times Fidel” Opens in Camagüey

 The exhibition 100 Times Fidel, dedicated to the centenary of the Commander in Chief, was inaugurated at the Nicolás Guillén gallery space of Adelante newspaper with a performance of Canto a Fidel (Song to Fidel), by Carilda Oliver Labra, recited in the poet’s own voice.

On the 37th anniversary of the death of Nicolás Guillén Batista, the Camagüey chapter of the Cuban Journalists Association (UPEC) presented the awards for the Fifth Nicolás Guillén Chronicle Competition and Symposium, an event dedicated to Cuba’s National Poet.
