A disabled woman from Camagüey was the only delegate of her association in Cuba to the First Ibero-American Congress of the Tenth and Improvised Verse, dedicated to the centenary of the Indio Naborí and held on October 5th, 6th, and 7th. Adelante goes to her testimony because, unfortunately, for people like her the path of equality and inclusion continues to be rocky.
