In addition to the daily circumstances, the happiness of a people depends a lot on how it is represented in its closest space and even in national instances. From the individuality, it is essential to find the reflection in leaders who make their feelings transparent; in people who do not write in their agenda with the ink of forgetfulness, but turn adversities into facts and transform them into light. This has been one of the most important missions of the Local Organs of People's Power throughout its history.

At the age of eighteen, Landy started as an assistant in the sugar factory Argentina, between irons as he likes to say; two years he was in the military service and when he returned from fulfilling the sacred duty of defending the Homeland, in 1987, he went back to the Florida industry, also as an assistant, but in the machine shop specializing in machine tools.
