Raul Castro to Head Commission for Constitutional Reforms

The President of the Council of State and Ministers Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez announced on Saturday in Havana that the First Secretary of the Cuban Communist Party, Army General Raul Castro Ruz will head the commission of deputies that will elaborate and present a draft of the Constitution of the Republic.
