FLORIDA, CAMAGÜEY.- The voters in the circumscription 82 of the popular council José Martí, in this municipality, evaluated the management of their delegate José Díaz Hernández in the assembly that officially started the second accountability process of the 17th period of office, in this province.

The also known as pilot meeting was the first of the over 300 meetings scheduled in the municipality of Florida for the development of the new moment of community exchange between the people and those representing their interests in governmental instances.

Isabel González Cárdenas, president of the Government in the province, claimed that such space is a moment to seek together the necessary solutions for the community, thinking as a country.

As traditionally, without loosing the democratic essence, the meeting had a demonstrative character for the new delegates that will report back their voters, and had the participation of Ariel Santana Santiesteban, member of the Central Committee of the Comunist Party and its first secretary in the province, along with executives and representatives of political and mass organizations in the territory.

During the exchange, several voters talked about the importance of contributing in each home for the saving of electric energy; of watching out for social discipline and called to optimize the water supply system in the community, as some of the concerns and statements of the voters.

Besides, it was acknowledged the remarkable and praiseworthy participation of students, workers, neighbors and executives in the community in works of social and economical impact.

About five thousand 368 meetings will take place in the territory of Camagüey until November 25, as part of the second accountability process of the delegate to the voters in the 17th period of office, that in the case of the popular council José Martí, had an increased percent of response to the problems stated by the population.
