In the last three or four years, consecutively, the Provincial Council of Plastic Arts has organized different exhibitions that are added to the Photographic November event, designed and sponsored by the National Council of Plastic Arts and the Photo Library of Cuba .

After the promising results in the past Photographic November in 2018, many of us started hoping to repeat the experience, that has become a time that comprehends inaugurations in the passing of October to December.
