Santiago de Cuba.- Cuban President Raul Castro Ruz, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party (PCC) was elected a delegate to the 7th Congress of the PCC, by the secretary generals in the Cuban municipality of Segundo Frente (Second Front) in Santiago de Cuba.
