With entire professionalism and experience they tackled and debated topics related to the vascular accesses for the hemodialysis; arterial hypertension in patients with chronic renal insufficiency; infections related to the catheter of hemodialysis; and the care of the arterial fistulas (FAV) and the intervention of the personnel of infirmary.
Other researches turned about the care of the infirmary in persons with renal transplant; the relation between the labor load and the syndrome of Burnout (characterized by a stress that leads to the progressive physical and mental depletion) in those who work in dialysis units.
All these topics under the humanist concept of offering quality services, which include the cure, but also the mitigation and the calmness that transmit to their patients and the calmness before the anxiety of the relatives of these.
